Personal Care: Support with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and toilet; assist with mobility and safe transfers in and out of beds; use of mobility aids when required.Health and Medication Support: Assist with medication administration or reminders as prescribed; support with feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.Emotional and Social Support: Offer companionship; encourage social interaction and help clients stay connected with loved ones; provide reassurance and emotional wellbeing.Domestic Assistance: Help with light household tasks including cleaning, laundry and meal prep; maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.Communication and Documentation: Record and report changes in health, mood, or behaviour; communicate clearly with family members, healthcare professionals, and other team members.Personal Advocacy: Empower individuals to make choices and decisions about their care; ensure clients'' rights and dignity are upheld at all times.What We''re Looking For

Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.Drivers License: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.Access NI: An enhanced disclosure check will be performed for the post. We adhere to the Access NI code of practice.Background: A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from obtaining this position.
