Care Assistant

OverviewCompany:

Total Community Care is part of City and County Healthcare Group. Location: Winchester.

Shifts available:

10 am - 11:30 pm; 11:30 pm - 7:30 am; 7:30 am - 10 am.

Pay:

£16 per hour.

Vehicle requirement:

Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible individuals to support an inspiring woman with a spinal cord injury who lives life to the fullest as a full-time wheelchair user. Care assistants enjoy a varied role, including holiday support, and a love of animals is a plus. No prior qualifications or experience needed as comprehensive training, shift shadowing, and ongoing team support are provided.

QualificationsNo previous care experience is required

for this role; however, experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:

Knowledge of C-Pap ventilation

Stoma Care

Administration of Medication

Moving and Handling Equipment
