A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Christchurch, Dorset area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This nursing home specialises in nursing and dementia care from a fabulous location.To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.Responsibilities

Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, including personal care, supporting with personal hygiene, and providing companionshipEncourage independence, well-being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all timesQualifications

Salary: GBP 12.60 per hour (annual approx.
