Care Assistants will be required to: Attend handover at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure all our residents can be supported fullyProvide care and support to residents whose needs may include personal care, continence support, eating and drinkingAssist as required those with mobility issues, physical disabilities and help in the use of care aids and equipmentAssist with meals and snacks as required, ensuring individual dietary requirements are followed.To record and document adequate records of client care and support on our digital care planning software.Ensure care plans and risks assessments are followed and updates and changes are communicated to Sneior teams to ensure reflectedMaintain high levels of communication, attend regular meetings and supervisionsQualifications
All About Care are looking for individuals with Care experience, preferably in mental health and who have gained a minimum of Level 2 HandSC Diplomas.
