Senior Healthcare Assistant Fast-track Programme
Are you ambitious and interested in caring for vulnerable adults? Would you like to earn up to £13.50 per hour within the first 12 to 18 months and learn valuable specialised clinical skills? Our fast-track Care Assistant programme is now open to new applicants, with all specialised training provided.Initial Phase:
Start as a Care Assistant and learn essential care skills in the first three months. Upon completion, you will obtain your Care Skills Certificate, recognised nationwide.Second Phase:
Learn how to care for patients with tracheostomies. Once trained and fully competent, your hourly rate will increase.Final Phase:
Learn to care for ventilated patients. After training and competency, your hourly rate will increase to £12.50 or more, with annual salary reviews at Fairlie Healthcare.Please note:

Meet the personal care needs of residents, executing duties professionally and compassionately, aligned with the home''s values and the Skills for Care Code of Conduct.Complete documentation promptly, including personal care charts, and escalate concerns regarding residents'' health to the nurse in charge.Perform additional tasks as instructed by the nurse in charge of the shift.The Fairlie Healthcare Group, established in 1999, is a leading provider of high-quality care, specialising in caring for adults with neurological conditions, tracheostomies, and ventilator support.Requirements for Success:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is advantageous but not essential.
