Care Assistant Support Worker

Requirements: Female carers who have a car and drives, urgently needed in Wokingham, Earley, Reading, Tilehurst, Theale and Newbury area. They must have a right to work in the UK and must have a valid UK driving licence. Benefits: Holiday pay Mileage payment Travel time (Applicable to full time staff) Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure safety. Domestic Support: Perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Manage shopping needs, either independently or accompanying clients, to ensure adequate supplies. Companionship and Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Encourage and support clients to participate in social and recreational activities, both within the home and in the community. Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or on outings, as required. Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients'' health, behaviour, or needs to the appropriate personnel.
