This full-time position offers a fulfilling opportunity to support children and young people with autism and Asperger s, helping them to flourish within a structured, nurturing environment. The role is available ASAP through to July 2026, with the potential to become permanent.About the School: The school supports students aged 4 to 16 with autism and ADHD and has a small student population of approximately 100 pupils. It prides itself on delivering highly individualised care and education. A dedicated and collaborative staff team works closely together to promote students independence, wellbeing, and academic development. Free on-site parking is available.Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and day-to-day support for students with autism and ADHD.Assist with daily routines, including mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.Support students engagement in learning, play, and social activities.Create and maintain a safe, calm, and sensory-aware environment.Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to follow individual care and learning plans.Keep accurate records and report any concerns in line with school procedures.
