Care Assistant

Support Workers needed to support adults with learning disabilities in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Supply Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for flexible ad-hoc agency shifts at DAT Care Centre, supporting adults with learning disabilities in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
 
DAY RATE:  from £12.50 per hour (Mon-Fri), evenings and weekend shifts available.
TYPE:  Locum
HOURS: Ad hoc
DURATION: ongoing

Must have

• Minimum 6 months' UK experience working as a Support Worker in an adult learning disabilities, day care, supported living, or residential care setting
• Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and varying levels of support needs (Preferred but not essential)
• A person-centred approach to care and support
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to supporting vulnerable adults

Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns is desirable.

Applicants must hold valid training in the following areas (assistance with training can be provided).
