at our home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.
What you’ll be doing:Providing care and support to residents in our homeAssisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.Monitoring and recording residents'' physical and emotional well-beingEngaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulationBuilding meaningful relationships with residents and their familiesCollaborating with the care and nursing team to ensure high-quality care is deliveredMaintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
