Silver Cloud Care NI is currently recruiting for Community Care Assistants for our clients in Ballyclare. Support independence with dignity and respect.Responsibilities
Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.Support independence with dignity and respect.Meal preparation.Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.Skills and Qualifications
Be registered with NISCC (or willing to register).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A non judgemental approach to care.Able to demonstrate patience (you may have to listen to the same story numerous times).Must be a driver.Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided).Further Information
The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate with a desire to care and support vulnerable adults in their own home.You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI enhanced check.Complete all mandatory training.
