You will support individuals with diverse needs-including elderly care, dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behavior-helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.Key Duties: Assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, medication administration, moving and handling, and general domiciliary support while building meaningful relationships with service users.Placement Details: Minimum 12-week commitment (with frequent extension options).
