About the Role You''ll be supporting adults living independently within their own apartments, helping them maintain their independence while providing high-quality, person-centred care. No two shifts are the same, and you''ll become part of a friendly and supportive care team dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Your Responsibilities Providing personal care with dignity and respect. Assisting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene. Supporting residents with mobility and safe moving and handling. Encouraging independence and promoting choice. Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition. Providing companionship and emotional support. Monitoring residents'' wellbeing and reporting any concerns. Completing accurate care records and documentation. Following safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures. Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver exceptional care.
