Overview

Care Assistant role at Renaissance Care (Scotland) in Wyndwell Care Home. We are seeking talented and caring individuals to begin or continue a career in Social Care, making a difference to residents.Responsibilities

Support and encourage meaningful resident interactions, promoting lifestyle and wellbeing choices.Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events; promote independence and resident voice in all aspects of care.Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for all residents and assist with personal care as part of each resident’s care plan.Promote a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration; support meaningful activities and create 1:1 meaningful moments.Requirements

Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.Effective communicator and able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided.Benefits
