A supportive domiciliary care company in Reading is actively recruiting for motivated Care Assistants to join their dedicated care team on full or part time positions, with flexible shift times. Due to an increase in care packages, they are now looking to take on further care assistants and expand their team. They have a variety of shift times on offer and can offer either full time or part time hours. They rota geographically so you will be working in the same approximate area of Reading for each call to reduce travel time between each call. Extensive training and support will be provided from experienced Care Assistants and senior staff members to new Care Assistants joining the care team. Full training and inductions will be a staple no matter the experience level of any new carers joining them, along with shadowing shifts.
