Caring and compassionate individuals who have a person-centred approach to care.Location: Great HarwoodShifts: 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am Monday to SundayYour day-to-day duties:Maintain a safe environment through the utilisation of support plans and person-centred risk assessments.Supporting service users with daily routines including personal care, dressing, preparation of meals and general upkeep of their living spaceMotivate service users to access the local community and take part in activities that would have a positive impact on their life.Support service users to understand the importance in working towards and/or developing independent skills.Supporting service users physical and emotional wellbeing including, attending medical appointments, medication management, behaviour management strategies, maintaining contact and positive relationships with family members and friends.To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users.Reed Health and Social Care are one of the UK''s biggest providers of skilled care and support professionals to the public, ..... full job details .....
