VACANCY: FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER (PHYSICAL CARE) LOCATION: WEST CUMBRIA (CA28) IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLEROLE : Healthcare Support / Physical Care SpecialistSHIFTS: 12-Hour Day and Night Rotas COMPENSATION and RATESEnhanced Day Rate: 15.69 per hourNight Shift Rate: 18.72 per hourSleep-In Shifts: Available following day shifts (additional pay)SHIFT PATTERNSDay Shifts: 10:00 - 22:00 (12 Hours)Night Shifts: 22:00 - 10:00 (12 Hours)Sleep-Ins: Option to complete sleep-in shifts following long day shiftsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES and SCOPEThis role is specifically tailored toward physical care support rather than mental health care. Primary duties include:Executing safe manual handling techniquesManaging and overseeing PEG feeding protocolsPrompt and accurate administration of medicationsDelivering personal and physical care tailored to patient needsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSDriving: Female drivers strongly preferred due to rural shift locations and shift timings.
