You will also work closely with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Carers to support the smooth running of the service. What we are looking for in a Care Assistant:Previous experience working as a Care Assistant is essentialA caring, compassionate, and empathetic natureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing high standards of careCare Certificate, SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent is preferred Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship or visa switch available).Willingness to undertake a PVG check.
