We are looking for Care Assistant''s to join our Extra Care service, Beaumont House. Key responsibilities: Offering day to day support with personal care, mobility, social activities, eating and drinking, and medication. Forming positive, person centered relationships and providing compassionate emotional support when needed. Using clear communication, active listening and careful observation to ensure accurate care plan documentation. Assisting people with a range of health needs, including dementia, mental health challenges and end of life support. Maintaining awareness of safeguarding practices and responding appropriately to concerns. Working collaboratively to develop person centered care plans tailored to each individual''s goals and preferences.
