Care Assistant Residential Care About the Role We are looking for experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents within a residential care setting in Upminster. The role involves supporting residents with their daily care needs while helping them feel safe, comfortable, respected and well supported. Previous experience supporting adults living with dementia is essential for this role. We are looking for reliable individuals who can work professionally, build positive relationships with residents and integrate well into an existing care team. Shift Times 8:00am 3:00pm 2:00pm 9:00pm 8:00am 9:00pm Candidates should be flexible and able to work the required shift patterns. Key Responsibilities As a Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents, including personal care and assistance with daily routines. You will support residents living with dementia, communicate with them effectively and help them feel comfortable, safe and respected. You will follow individual care plans, risk assessments and support instructions, provide medication support where required and in accordance with relevant procedures, and report any changes or concerns appropriately.
