We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at Osbourne Court Care Home in Baldock. The Night Care Assistant will provide the home''s residents with a detailed care plan and assist with all aspects of personal care. They will ensure our residents maintain independence and dignity while using a person-centred approach to the care they provide.
