You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual''s needs. Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence. Support people with daily routines, personal care, moving and handling and life skills. Provide emotional support and build positive relationships. Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living. What you need Right to work in the UK. At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years. Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply. Great communication skills.Experience in providing personal care and moving and handling.
