Your key responsibilities will include:

Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided.

The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively.

Passion about your job, with a person-centred approach to care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation.

Flexibility and adaptability — available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends.

Resilient, calm, and able to adhere to agreed processes in challenging situations.

Ability to travel to various locations.

You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance.
