As a Care and Support Assistant, you''ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.Skills:

Contract: Permanent16 hours per week: working early and late shifts as arranged with the manager. Includes alternate weekends.Pay: Starting at £12.39 per hour, with enhanced rates depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.Work Location
