Job Title: Agency Care Assistant Care Home Location: Ledbury, HR8 Temporary / Agency Flexible Shifts Available About the Role: We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on an agency basis, supporting residents in a friendly care home environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting Support mobility and daily activities to promote independence Help with meal preparation and feeding where needed Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Report any changes in residents health or behavior to nursing staff What We re Looking For: Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting (Dementia experience preffered but not essential) A caring, patient, and respectful approach Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and nights Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision Why Join Us?
