We will provide comprehensive training to help you become an outstanding Care Assistant. Each day is varied, and a positive, can-do attitude is essential. Pay rates are:Driver: £12.82 per hourWalker: £12.25 per hourMileage reimbursement is 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists. Bonus schemes include up to £300 for new starters, £300 for Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, and a £25 birthday gift voucher. Working hours align with shift patterns, including early starts, late evenings, and weekends:Early shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pmLate shifts: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport)Your working pattern will be agreed upon, with a 2-week rota including:Alternate full weekendsEvenings as agreed within your working hoursBenefits
