Healthcare Ireland Group .Bannview House is a modern, purpose-built Nursing Home supporting up to 80 residents. The Home is designed with individual bedrooms and ensuite facilities, a comfortable lounge and dining areas. Many rooms in the Home have views of the rural countryside. The attractive enclosed gardens and patio area provide residents with a safe and relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Bannview House has three dedicated units covering General Nursing, Dementia Nursing and General Residential.Full-time and part-time roles available. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity. As part of our frontline team, you will assist with activities of daily living to support wellbeing and comfort. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting residents\'' rights and preferences.Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life.Help residents maintain independence where possible, encouraging involvement in activities.Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents\'' well-being and reporting any changes in their health or behaviour.Follow care plans tailored to individual residents\'' needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.Benefits

Right to work in the UK.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A good standard of oral and written English.A non-judgemental approach to others.Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents.Respectful to residents and the values and beliefs of other team members.Desired Criteria

Educated to QCF/NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.About The Company
