Whether we''re providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.As a Care Assistant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you''ll be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals. You will deliver care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may range from helping with mobility aids to offering emotional support or end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.Safeguarding is everyone''s responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.About HC-One
