Care Assistant - Flexible Shifts

As an Agency Care Assistant, you will work across a variety of residential and nursing care settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals to maintain their dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. About the Role Your responsibilities may include supporting individuals with personal care, washing and dressing, continence care, mobility, moving and handling, meals and hydration, and other aspects of daily living. You will provide companionship and reassurance while encouraging individuals to remain as independent as possible. You will be expected to follow individual care plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate and professional care records and promptly report any changes or concerns regarding an individual''s health, wellbeing or safety. As an agency worker, you will need to be adaptable and confident working within different care environments while respecting the policies, procedures and established routines of each service.
