Care Assistant - Dungannon

We are seeking two compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to work on a temporary ad hoc basis for a period of 3 - 6 months. This role is to work for our client, a private care home based in Dungannon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents in a warm, person-centred environment while enjoying flexible working arrangements, with a pay rate of £13.50 - £17.50 per hour depending on the shift worked. The hours of work required for the role is shift work and can range from 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, 8am-8pm, and 8pm-8am. Key responsibilities: Provide high standards of personal care and support to residents Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and mobility Promote residents'' dignity, independence and well-being at all times Support residents with meals and hydration Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered What We Need From You: Experience in Healthcare setting To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check Willingness to complete all mandatory training courses What We Will Offer You: Paid Annual Leave Free comprehensive and ongoing annual training courses Weekly Pay Inclusion into our company pension scheme The Next Steps: Contact Jessica Young or Danielle Willis at our ..... full job details .....
