Care Assistant (Driver)

OverviewChoice Care is looking for Care Assistants to work in Burnley and Darwen and between the M65 corridor. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Having care experience is an advantage, but if you don’t have any experience, training will be provided. We are a family business with 26 years of experience providing care in the area.

LocationChoice Care, Suite 16, Blackburn Enterprise Centre, Furthergate

About the RoleWe provide care for clients in the community, including those requiring end-of-life care, dementia support, sensory impairment support, or assistance with physical difficulties, enabling clients to live in their own homes with dignity.

CompensationSalary details (illustrative):

If you have at least 6 months experience in care: £12.50 per hour

NVQ holders: £13.00 per hour

With no care experience: starting rate £12.25 per hour, classroom training with an in-house nurse and management team, followed by one-on-one mentoring; then progression to Level 2 or 3 NVQ and pay up to £13.00 per hour

You must be able to work alternate weekends.
