Care Assistant - Days or Nights

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. We have 3 positions available: Permanent full time days (x 1 vacancy) Permanent full time nights (x 2 vacancies) As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of our residents. You will provide hands-on care, assist with personal hygiene and mobility, and contribute to a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Duties: - Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Help patients with mobility and transfers - Monitor and record. - Assist in the implementation of care plans - Provide emotional support to patients and their families - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Drive: Motivated and committed to providing exceptional care to patients - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - IT Skills: Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software - Knowledge of Care Plans: Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients - Experience in Care Home or Nursing Home settings is essential. - Fluency in English is required If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others ..... full job details .....
