You ll play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day to the fullest, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing.Main Responsibilities Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, and daily routines.Encourage and assist residents to take part in activities and social interactions.Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to promote a positive atmosphere.Assist with mealtimes and refreshments, ensuring dietary needs are met.Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care.Help to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
