Care Assistant

We have the following roles available in the Swindon area for female carers for one of the biggest care providers in Swindon. We have both part time and full time roles available for this position.

Position 1: Day care
Hours: Full time and part time
Pay: -110 per day
Start date: 8th September
Sponsorship available for graduate candidates who can do full time.
Timings: 12 hours shift

Position 2: Night Care
Hours: Full time and part time
Pay: -110 per night
Start date: 8th September
Sponsorship available for graduate candidates who can do full time.
Timings: 12 hours shift

You will need to have previous experience with dementia and moving and handling or willing to go for the training.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide personal care support, such as washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence care following client-specific care plans.

Assist with mobility, including helping clients get up, go to bed, move around their home, or use mobility aids as required.

Administer prescribed medication with appropriate training and documentation.

Prepare meals, assist with feeding if necessary, and support dietary needs.

Support clients with light household chores including cleaning, laundry, washing up, and shopping.

Person Specification
Previous experience in a care and Paranoid schizophrenia or willing to go for the training.

Valid Full UK or International driving license required. (Desirable for day shift)

Able to work 20/week hours (part time) or 40 hours/week (Full time)
