We are seeking compassionate and skilled Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our community-based teams in Essex. Zero Hours Contract – offering access to a range of complex care packages.Responsibilities

Provide complex care support to clients in community settingsCollaborate with the care team to deliver person-centred careMaintain accurate care records and communicate changes to the supervisorWhat you’ll bring
