Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring transportation of clients.Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.Basic IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and using care management software.Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and their families, ensuring a supportive atmosphere at all times.
