Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living, including support with meals and following care plans
Provide support and companionship and engage residents in one-to-one time
Contribute to delivering high standards of care and creating a compassionate environment
Support the team to ensure residents receive quality care each day
About You / Qualifications
Some experience of caring for older people
A can-do approach with excellent communication skills
Empathy, warm-heartedness and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care
Willingness to participate in training provided by the employer
