We currently have three Care Assistant vacancies available across both day and night shifts. About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. The home supports working-age adults with a range of needs, including: Physical disabilities Neurological conditions Learning disabilities Mental health needs Complex care requirements You will be expected to take the time to understand each resident as an individual and provide compassionate, respectful and consistent support.
