Come work with the Allachburn Team in our prominent home in the heart of Royal Deeside. We are looking for a caring and empathetic person who is diligent, enthusiastic, and hardworking. The right candidate will receive full training and support and will become part of the established team.There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.The hourly rate is £14.21 per hour.Available vacancies:5 x 28-hour posts3 x 21-hour postsConsideration will be given to requests for slightly different hours than those advertised.Please specify on your application which hours you are applying for.These vacancies require flexible, evening, and weekend working.Shift times are 07:30 to 15:00 or 14:30 to 22:00, on a rolling rota that includes some weekend work.Rates and Allowances

Payment
Weekend Working
If an employee works between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday, they are entitled to an enhanced rate of pay of time and one third for all hours worked during this period.
Overtime
Work exceeding 37 hours per week is regarded as overtime and paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
