Follow individual care plans and provide practical support to residentsHelp residents with daily activities, build relationships, and provide companionshipSupport residents to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeingContribute to a safe, caring, and respectful environmentQualifications

SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)Around six months of care experience preferred, but passion for helping others and transferable skills are welcomeAbout you
