Our luxury home provides Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 67 residents, offering a warm, supportive environment where every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

We are now looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to join our supportive team.

Opportunities are available across dayshift, nightshift, full-time, part-time, and bank roles.

What We Offer £12.21 per hour Flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and bank opportunities Paid DBS, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Your Role As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with their daily routines – getting dressed, staying active, enjoying meals – while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

You will support their care plans, communicate any changes in health, and bring warmth and companionship to every shift.

You will also play a key part in creating a welcoming environment and working collaboratively with colleagues.

You don’t need prior experience in care – as long as you are eager to learn, have a caring attitude, and are willing to complete training, we’d love to hear from you.
