Care Assistant,

you’ll:Promote Independence:

Assist residents with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and staying active while supporting their independence.Deliver Personalized Care:

Follow tailored care plans and provide thoughtful, hands-on support for every resident’s unique needs.Prioritize Wellbeing:

Monitor residents’ health, communicate any concerns to the team, and liaise with family or healthcare professionals.Encourage Social Interaction:
