Job DescriptionWhat you''ll doWe are looking for a compassionate and reliable care assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team in supporting a client living with Addison’s disease.
In this role, you''ll provide personal care, assist with medication administration, accompany the client to medical and personal appointments, and offer encouragement with hobbies and activities, including arts and crafts.
QualificationsPrevious care experience is not essential
as full training will be provided in the following:
Medication
Moving and Handling Equipment (Track hoists,sling transfers, electric and manual wheelchairs)
