Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal careObserve and manage residents\'' behaviour with care and document and report changes in accordance with required legislationSupport residents\'' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care planProvide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individuallyMaintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirementsWhat We\''re Looking For

Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualificationBenefits
