Our Manager and Supervisors have all worked on the "frontline" delivering care and so we genuinely understand and support our carers.We also have an on-going relationship with Alzheimer's Scotland for dementia awarenes and training.  Here is how we support/reward our Care Assistants: Full Time - Up to £30,000 p.a. Training Paid at £13.45 p.h.  One weekend on/one off as part of our shift pattern. IE 3 Days one week and 4 the next Pension Provided  Full Training and funding for SVQ Qualifications available  Part - Time and "Bank" shift work also available  Mileage paid @.25p a mile Permanent
