Care Assistant

Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Follow individual care plans tailored to each client''s needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Requirements Must be resident within Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, or the surrounding areas. Applicants with a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle will be paid 15 per hour, plus an additional driving allowance.
