The home provides a warm, supportive environment where residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout the day. Working 36 hours per week on 8am-8pm day shifts, you will provide compassionate support with personal care, daily routines, meals, activities and mobility, while promoting residents'' dignity, independence, privacy and choice. You will become an important part of a dedicated care team, building positive relationships with residents and helping to create a genuine home-from-home environment.
