What You ll Be Doing: -Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming -Supporting mobility, using equipment and ensuring safety during transfers -Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and life-enrichment activities -Helping with meals, hydration, and ensuring proper nutrition -Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in residents conditions Key Qualities We Look For: -A caring, empathetic nature with a passion for helping others with at least 6 year''s experience -Excellent communication skills, building trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues -Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team -Patience and adaptability in responding to the varied needs of residents -Willingness to embrace and implement feedback for continuous improvement Pay Rates:Pre 12 weeks - 13,00 per hourPost 12 weeks - between 13,10 - 17,57 per hour depending on the times / weekends Why Choose Us? -Holiday accrual from your first day ..... full job details .....
