The Old Vicarage , a charming 44-bed residential home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, offering affordable and high-quality care.Our Care Assistants play a vital role in our residents'' daily lives. With Adept''s support, you will offer emotional and physical assistance to residents, helping with meal times, personal care, leisure activities, and more. We expect you to treat residents with the same kindness and compassion as you would your own loved ones.You will receive thorough induction training from experienced mentors, along with ongoing online and face-to-face training.
