Join our team at Douglas Court, a purpose-built 43-bed residential home for dementia in Ivy Square, Derby, offering affordable, high-quality care.Our Care Assistants play a vital role in residents'' daily lives. With Adept''s support, you will provide emotional and physical support, assist with meal times, personal care, leisure activities, and more. We expect you to treat residents with the same kindness and compassion as you would your own loved ones.You will receive a thorough induction, including online and face-to-face training, supported by our experienced mentors. Our Training Manager and Dementia Manager are available to support your ongoing professional development, helping you reach your full potential and achieve your career goals.About the Care Assistant role:
