Absolute Care is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants, providing top-notch care to our clients in the Loughborough area.

Applicants should be willing to work in both morning and afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and assistance to clients.
• Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Support clients in social activities and external outings.
• Accurately complete daily care logs and update client records.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy and dignity of clients.
